Q1. What’s your MOQ? Are other colors available?
In view of our first cooperation, we accept 20 pairs per model as MOQ. You can choose other colors according to the color swatch.
Q2. Can you print our LOGO on the shoes or box?
Of course, it's no problem to print your Logo on shoes or boxes. OEM & ODM are both welcome.
Q3. Can you offer me a discount?
Yes, we provide big discounts to our customers when they place a bulk order.
Q4. Can I get a free sample?
Customers need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost initially. You can get a sample fee refund when we receive your bulk order of over 100 pcs. Regular customers do not need to pay sample costs.
Q5. How about the bulk delivery time?
Generally, we will commence bulk production when we receive the deposit. The delivery time is approximately 30 days after order confirmation.
Q6. Do you have products in stock?
Most products are produced according to customer requests within 20-25 days. For some models, we maintain a certain amount of stock which we can check upon inquiry.
