Can I order samples to check quality?
Yes, available samples can be sent within 3 days. New developing samples require approximately 7 to 10 days. We have a dedicated developing center for sample preparation.
Can I add my logo or customize my own design?
Yes, we can apply your logo to our products or develop your unique design (minimum quantity required). We provide artwork for your confirmation before sample production.
Do I need to pay for samples?
Samples with a unit price under $5.00 are free of charge for small quantities. The buyer is responsible for express shipping charges.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum is 1 pair/pc for wholesale. For mass production, the MOQ ranges from 100 to 800 pairs/pieces. We can find solutions for smaller orders through consultation.
How can I make the payment?
We welcome Online Trade Assurance and Secure Payment. We also accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
