How is your price and quality?
Our price is competitive & reasonable, we assure each cent you pay worth its value. Quality is well assured in each process. Wide range of weight & width is available or as the client's request. Any color or design can be produced as per the client's request.
What's your package and delivery time?
Our packing is standard roll packing: polybag inside and weaving bag outside. For stock orders: we ship goods as soon as the receipt of payment. For other orders: 10-30 days after the receipt of deposit.
How can I get a sample for confirming the quality?
Please tell us the detailed specifications, such as gram weight, composition, width, and finishing. We can provide samples according to your specifications. You can also send us your original sample for analysis and counter-sample approval.
How can I get a price of needed fabric?
Please inform the detailed specifications you need (weight, composition, usage, etc.), then we can work out the price for you. Alternatively, send us an original sample or a picture for reference.
What about MOQ and Payment terms?
Usually, MOQ is 1000M/Color or pattern. For stock items, the MOQ is 1 meter. We accept T/T payment, sight L/C, Western Union, Paypal, and other payment methods.
How do you handle defects in received goods?
We will analyze the reason for the defect. If it is our responsibility, we will compensate by offering a discount on your next order or sending replacement goods free of charge.
