Can you accept the custom small order quantity?
Yes. Our MOQ is 100pcs per design for fulty sublimation products according to your artwork and size chart.
Can you make the color as we need?
Yes, you can choose the color you need. Give the PMS color number to us. If the quantity you need is small, we can provide the fabric color card for your selection. If the quantity is big, we can custom made the fabric as the Pantone color you need.
Can you do the design for us?
Yes, your own samples/designs/sketches/pictures are acceptable. OEM & ODM provided.
How can I get the sample?
After approval of the design, material and printing method, you pay the sample cost. We will make the sample for you and provide photos once finished. If approved, we will send the sample to you to check all details.
How do we send you the goods?
It depends on customers' requirements and the order quantity. Normally, orders are shipped by boat in cartons via our shipping agent. We can ship to all seaports worldwide. You can also choose to ship by air or FedEx.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept the following payment terms: 1. Paypal: Only accepted for sample orders. 2. T/T: 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
