Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Yes, we can provide free samples if they are in stock. However, customers are responsible for the courier costs (DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS, etc.).
What are the accepted payment methods?
We typically accept T/T and L/C payments. For other specific payment requirements, please contact our sales team.
What is the quality guarantee period?
