Can I get free samples?
Yes, we can offer A4 size or more (less than one meter) free samples for your reference.
Do you sell stock products?
We normally produce products according to customer's orders. However, for some normal items, our cooperative factory may have stock available.
What is the MOQ for bulk orders?
The MOQ for plain dyed fabric is 1500M per color, and 3000M per shipment.
What is the MOQ for sample orders?
If we have stock greige fabric, the MOQ for sample orders is 100M with a color surcharge. If no stock greige is available, we will need to discuss terms.
Can you accept order quantities less than MOQ?
Yes, we can, but there will be a surcharge for small dye lots, typically around USD 80-150 per color.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T, D/P, or L/C at sight. For new customers, the standard term is T/T 30% deposit and the balance before shipping.
