Yes, we can send available samples in 3 days. New developing samples typically require 7 to 10 days. We have a dedicated developing center for sample preparation.
Can I add my logo or customize my own design?
Yes, we can apply your logo or develop your specific design once minimum quantity requirements are met. We provide artwork for confirmation prior to sample production.
Do I need to pay for samples?
Samples with a unit price under $5.00 are free for small quantities. However, the buyer is responsible for express shipping charges.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 100 pairs for mass production and 1 pair for wholesale orders. We offer flexible solutions even for smaller quantities.
What are your payment terms and methods?
