What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, our MOQ is 800-1200 pairs. However, small quantities are also welcome for specific requirements. Please contact our sales team for more details.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples are available at wholesale prices (refundable upon bulk order confirmation). Customized samples can also be produced based on your specific requirements.
How long is the production lead time?
Samples are ready in approximately 7 days. Mass production typically takes around 60 days after receiving the deposit, though we can consult on specific delivery arrangements.
Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
Absolutely. We can produce slippers according to your designs, apply your brand labels, and even provide design references to assist your process.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a professional QC team that monitors the entire process: from incoming material inspection and in-production tours to a final 100% inspection of finished goods.
